Finned Heat Exchanger

The product covers the fields of central air-conditioning, commercial air-conditioning, household air-conditioning, refrigerating equipment, auto air-conditioning, railway air-conditioning, fresh-air combined air-conditioning, fan coil, and equipment cooling, etc. and the finned material can be divided into regular light aluminum foil, hydrophilic aluminum foil and copper foil. And steel pipes can be divided into light steel pipe and high-efficiency steel pipe with internal thread.


The product forms are various and among which L-shape, U-shape, square, round forms are using special bending equipment and technology developed by our company by the way of bending in multi-row and entire sheets and improving the entire strength of heat exchanger with the characteristics of small wind resistance, saving energy, tight-fitting in tube-expansion high-efficient heat exchange, avoiding the bad influences of collapse and wearing to leakage caused by traditional single-row cobbling bending.

Air-cooled condenser is used for freezing, ice-making, air conditioners for equipment room and others with forms of top wind out, side wind out and top wind out in V-shape, etc. Sheet metals include galvanized sheet, cold rolling plate spray, antirust aluminum plate, embossing aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, etc. Selection and matching of fans is subject to requirements of customers. Dimension and form of condenser should be designed and processed according to requirements of customers. The company can provide manufacturer with framework combination of condenser and evaporator. Each set of product in the company has to be strictly tested to make sure the eligibility ratio reach 100%.
